Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend service delivery across community outreach programs
- Manage client intake and resource allocation during peak weekend hours
- Facilitate volunteer scheduling and team coordination for weekend operations
- Maintain accurate documentation of weekend service metrics and outcomes
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
- Support community engagement events scheduled on weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service or community coordination
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office Suite
- Valid California driver's license required
