Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, processing various payment methods.
- Stock shelves and display areas to ensure products are organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.
- Assist in opening or closing procedures, including cash drops and security checks.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
