Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise, organize, and maintain visually appealing store displays and stockrooms
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, counting, and replenishing products
- Support store operations during peak weekend hours, including opening/closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome to apply)
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and holidays
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
