Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create engaging store displays
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment for optimal product availability
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in weekend floor shifts during peak business hours (10 AM-8 PM)
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work consistent weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-traffic environments
