Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling returns efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing by adhering to merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (students are highly encouraged to apply).
- Must be available to work evening shifts and weekends.
- No prior retail or sales experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices.
