Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising tasks to maintain store aesthetic and product displays
- Assist in inventory management including stock processing and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized shopping environment
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures including safety protocols
- Contribute to team goals through upselling and product promotion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
