Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Organize, stock, and merchandise products to maintain visual standards
- Operate inventory management systems and assist with stockroom operations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Participate in promotional events and seasonal campaigns to drive sales
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Un Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-6pm)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to Gateway West location
