Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising directives including floorsets and window displays
- Support inventory management through stock processing and markdown execution
- Collaborate with team to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in product training to stay current on brand offerings
- Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (10 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
