Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and style guidance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and ensure stockroom organization
- Execute visual merchandising directives to enhance product presentation
- Collaborate with team members during high-traffic weekend rushes
- Assist with inventory management and restocking procedures
- Participate in weekend store opening/closing protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays 10am-6pm, Sundays 11am-5pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
