Responsibilities

- Conduct inventory counts and restock shelves to ensure optimal product availability
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring sales floor and adhering to security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ months retail/customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse Atlanta clientele
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math aptitude for transaction accuracy
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexible weekday shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shifts
