Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues to internal and external clients.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets during high-volume weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team to document recurring issues and propose solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and security checks as required.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear, professional manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday to Sunday) and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
