Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to visitors and clients.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment during busy weekend shifts.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash handling with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking office supplies and equipment.
- Answer and route incoming calls and emails to appropriate departments.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Students Welcome).
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and internet navigation.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and software tools.
