Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and troubleshooting for client hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system performance and respond to weekend alerts and service tickets promptly.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office equipment and peripherals.
- Document all technical interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the full-time support team during the Monday morning handover to ensure continuity.
- Conduct routine system checks and backups to ensure data integrity.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
