Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to internal employees and external clients via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
- Assist with network troubleshooting and basic infrastructure maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure seamless operations over the weekend.
- Conduct routine system updates and security checks during off-hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems independently with a customer-first mindset.
