Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care and assistance with daily living activities
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nursing staffAssist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of patientsAdminister medications under supervision per protocolsMaintain accurate patient records and documentationCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teamsEnsure a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CNA certification in Florida (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
