Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support services during evening/weekend hours
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation

Qualifications
- Current Illinois nursing license or CNA certification required

- Availability for 3-4 evening shifts (4-12 PM) and weekend rotation
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
