Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized check-in/check-out experiences for VIP and standard guests
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with 5-star service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Upsell resort amenities, dining packages, and entertainment tickets
- Maintain detailed guest preference profiles for personalized service
- Execute emergency response protocols during high-volume periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Must be 21+ years old (gaming license required)
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Valid Nevada gaming work permit or ability to obtain immediately
