Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests
- Manage front desk operations efficiently including check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure facility standards are maintained
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Operate property management software and maintain accurate guest records
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend functions and private parties
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety protocols throughout all public areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends with minimal schedule changes
