Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering inquiries about products and services in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage inventory stock levels to ensure products are available for sale.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
