Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the early morning shift (4:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planogram specifications
- Ensure all products are rotated using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight crew to optimize stocking efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety standards
