Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries promptly.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures during weekend shifts.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks inviting and organized.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and organize inventory to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience for all visitors.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from the location.
