Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and label customer orders with precision and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to prevent accidents.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily delivery targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.
