Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse and loading docks safely and efficiently.
- Execute picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in accordance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve logistical issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners or inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is mandatory.
