Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage products according to order requirements.
- Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to load and unload trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure correct labeling.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA standards).
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in processing incoming deliveries and preparing outbound orders for carriers.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record.
- Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic for inventory counts and package weighing.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and ensure high-quality output.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.
