Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and packing materials
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed)
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality control
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety regulations and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays (peak seasons)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
