Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with zero tolerance for errors
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space through daily 5S practices
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tasks
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
