Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and document incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with attention to detail and speed
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as assigned
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency during peak hours
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and cross-docking operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
