Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Unload and sort incoming shipments while verifying inventory against manifests
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Support physical inventory audits and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends (20-30 hrs/week)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Background check and drug screen required
