Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments with meticulous attention to detail
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for outbound delivery with 99% accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory storage and conduct regular cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
