Job Summary
We are seeking reliable individuals to join our logistics team. You will be responsible for managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring our warehouse operates smoothly during peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trailers and trucks in accordance with safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, count, and organize stock to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) or weekend shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Communication: Basic computer skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
