Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare packages for shipping and delivery.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with packing orders and verifying shipping labels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and/or weekend shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston, Ohio facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; strong work ethic is required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
