Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during evening shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends, as needed.
