Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure inventory accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform basic data entry and paperwork as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the Cleveland facility.
