Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders within daily quotas
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support daily cycle counts and inventory audits
- Assist with unloading and verifying incoming shipments
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Flexible availability (Monday-Friday, 4-8 hour shifts)
- Pass background check and drug screening
