Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Unload and sort inbound shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Perform cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layout per SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
