Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated storage zones
- Maintain clean and safe work areas by adhering to OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation tasks
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
