Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve escalated tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and document technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify system bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
