Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for a diverse client base.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tickets and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot escalated technical issues.
- Conduct remote training sessions and documentation updates for new software deployments.
- Stay current with the latest technology trends and internal protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
