Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and empathetic technical support via email, chat, and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve internal processes and knowledge base resources.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to resolve connectivity and software conflicts.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving attitude.
