Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools during evening and weekend hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for internal staff and clients.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior support staff when necessary to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of new employee workstations and devices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve overall system performance and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in IT or computer science is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and common office software applications.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
