Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and live chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network connectivity issues for clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the full-time team during overlapping hours to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and escalate complex issues to senior engineers promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
