Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets efficiently, prioritizing critical issues.
- Assist clients with network connectivity problems, printer setups, and operating system troubleshooting.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify recurring issues and improve support processes.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with clients during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote or hybrid support.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
