Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and email.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets efficiently using our CRM system.
- Document detailed logs of customer interactions and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.
- Ensure all customer interactions adhere to our service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while managing difficult customer situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Availability to work a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
