- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets during evening and weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Educate clients on product features and best practices.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior team to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA) is a plus.
