Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support via phone, email, and chat for a diverse client base.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to improve standard operating procedures and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common office software.

- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Willingness to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
