What You'll Do:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive top-notch technical assistance. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, answer technical inquiries, and document solutions to improve our service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support: Answer incoming support tickets and resolve common technical issues via phone and email.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for end-users.
- Client Communication: Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the senior IT team to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
- Training: Assist in the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs for internal use.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: Basic experience with computers, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and office software (Microsoft Office suite).
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
