- Customer Engagement: Provide clear, concise technical guidance via phone, email, and chat support.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system.
- System Maintenance: Assist in routine system updates and security patches.
- Client Training: Educate clients on best practices to prevent future technical difficulties.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on patience and clarity.
- Tools: Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) is a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends or evenings.
