- Stay updated on the latest technical trends and internal software updates.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a help desk or customer support role.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
