Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure system stability.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex problems.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication.
- Assist in the implementation of new software updates and patches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or customer service.
