Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Diagnose network connectivity problems and guide users through troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all support tickets and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.
- Conduct remote desktop sessions to guide users through software installations and updates.
- Stay current with industry trends and internal documentation to provide accurate information.
- Assist in the setup and testing of new equipment for incoming clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
